We have constructed several homes to LEED Certification standards, many more to Energy Star performance levels, with others underway. The energy performance of our homes routinely test at 50% to 60% more efficient than if built to meet current building and energy codes, providing significant utility cost savings to our clients.
We understand the environmental rigors challenging coastal homes and the resulting need for thoughtful attention to all construction details. We have successfully installed 20 high performance geothermal systems and virtually all forms of energy efficient hot water and lighting systems.
